Abdurrahmaan has worked at EDCH for three years and is the Account Manager for all Zain operators. He has also worked on the EDCH website and conducts training on the OLAP Data Warehouse. Prior to joining EDCH he has worked on mobile and Internet services at companies including France Telecom.

Justin Jimenea obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Major in Communications Technology Management and Minor in International Business, from the Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines. As an Account Manager in EDCH, Justin's primary task is to maintain the company's strong business relations with its clients by dealing with their service requests, contractual queries, and escalation levels.

Hiam Mardini holds BA in Marketing from Hariri Canadian University - Lebanon, she has enrich her experience in marketing by Event Planning, being Customer Service in Bank Med and a Marketing Assistance in Knowledge City management. Hiam is now an Account Manager in EDCH for the past 6 month holding clients from different destinations.
