EDCH rolls out trend setting Centralized Cloud Services during User Group Meeting

Based on the roaming industry challenges and clients’ insight, EDCH has partnered with industry leaders to launch the Centralized Cloud which is a new trend in the Roaming Data & Financial Clearing business. EDCH launched one of its kind “innovative proposition called EDCH Cloud” for its MNO clients spanning across Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia, will set a new trend towards the outsourcing of many facilities and pay as you go within telecom operators.

EDCH initially starting off as the Etisalat In-House Data Clearing House has now become the only Middle East Data Clearing House and also makes Etisalat the only unique MNO amongst the GSM Global operators to 100% own a Data Clearing House.

Thus Etisalat and EDCH (Emirates Data Clearing House) share a long standing relationship to support the mission critical data clearing services to MNOs.

With an overwhelming participation and sponsorship support from Etisalat Group & UAE, EDCH successfully conducted its Annual User Group meeting last month in Dubai in the presence of its biggest clients in order to address the challenges faced by the MNOs in the roaming segment. The two days long workshop encompassed multiple panel discussions, debates on topics relating to roaming business segment ranging from awakening the silent roamers to bill shock solutions for the roaming customers.

Moreover EDCH has diversified their product portfolio to include Mobile Money services with International Money Remittances, Airtime Transfer, and Mobile Wallet also are venturing into Big Data in order to monetize the huge data available with EDCH. EDCH currently manages Etisalat’s data clearing services across the region with its state-of-the-art hub to offer data clearing services.
