At EDCH we encourage our clients to maximize the efficiency of their roaming operations by investing in their most precious asset: their staff.

EDCH provides training on all aspects of roaming. We encourage participants to be proactive by asking questions and sharing their experience with us, giving our courses a ‘workshop’ atmosphere.

EDCH is able to provide training that is specifically tailored for a client’s requirements. Courses may be conducted either in-house or at the client site.

Furthermore, in collaboration with the Etisalat Academy, over 170 courses in both technical and non-technical subjects are available through its state of the art development centre. Courses are run throughout the year and repeated periodically to suit every schedule.
