TDS is responsible for the development and maintenance of the technical specifications and implementations of TAP, RAP, NRTRDE, RAEX IOT/Op Data, MMT API and related file transfer mechanisms, release management, testing and inter-agent processes, including requirements for the TAP Testing Toolkit (TTT) and the RAEX IOT/Op Data application.

The Financial Clearing and Settlement (FC) is a sub-group of IDS, created to look specifically at Financial Clearing and Settlement processes and how these can be improved. The FCS group is comprised of GSMA Full Members and Associate Members, and works to enhance or create PRDs to reflect best practice in all financial clearing and settlement activities.
